Return Policy

Return Policy for Computers Purchased Online

1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • Computers and related accessories are eligible for return within 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

 

2. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer support team at technollitips@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.

  • Ship the product, along with all original accessories and documentation, to the address provided by our customer support team.

 

3. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Software and downloadable products are non-returnable.

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or neglect are not eligible for return.

 

4. Refund or Exchange:

  • Customers can choose between a refund or an exchange for eligible items.

  • Refunds will be processed within 3 days of receiving the returned product.

  • Exchanges will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.

 

5. Restocking Fee:

  • A restocking fee of 10% may be applied to returned items, at our discretion.

 

6. Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

 

7. Warranty Claims:

  • Warranty claims for defective products should be directed to the manufacturer. Contact information for warranty claims will be provided with the product.

 

8. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • Customers must report any damage or defects within 2 days of receiving the product.

  • We will arrange for the return of the damaged or defective item and provide a replacement or refund.

 

9. Cancellation Policy:

  • Computer orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that period, the order is considered final.

 

10. Changes to the Return Policy:

  • We reserve the right to update or change our return policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately and communicated to customers.
